 Herkimer Community College Student From Morris Missing, Deputies Report MORRIS – The Otsego County Sheriff’s Department has issued a missing person’s report on Harlie M. Christian, 19, of Morris. It was reported that Harlie left her parents’ home in the Town of Morris at about noon Sunday to return to Herkimer County Community College, where she is a student.
