IN MEMORIAM: Gregory P. Savage, 70; Retired Submariner, Hartwick Music Grad ONEONTA – Gregory Philip Savage,  70, of Cleveland, Ohio, a Hartwick College music major and retired submariner, died in his home peacefully on Dec. 21.  Survivors include his wife in Oneonta. Gregory was born on Nov. 6, 1948, in Hudson, the son of the late Evelyn and Philip Savage . He grew up in Stuyvesant, and graduated from Ichabod Crane High School.…
