IN MEMORIAM: Patricia A. Allen, 82; SUNY Oneonta Department Secretary ONEONTA – Patricia A. Allen, 82, retired secretary at SUNY Oneonta’s Speech & Theatre Department, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Bassett Hospital. She was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Mount Kisco, the daughter of the late George C. and Marie (Hanley) Supple.  Pat graduated from Somers High School, attended SUNY Oneonta and was a Katharine Gibbs graduate. She then worked at General Foods in White Plains.…
