CAR CHASED NEAR BINGHAMTON Troop C Officer Shot, Killed Man After Car Chase Press Conference Due At 2:30 Today BINGHAMTON – A trooper in Troop C, which includes Otsego County, shot a suspect after a car chase early yesterday evening on Route 17 in the Town of Kirkwood, south of Binghamton.
