IN MEMORIAM Ted Peters, 97, Cooperstown; Submariner, Bassett Researcher COOPERSTOWN – Theodore Peters Jr., Ph.D., 97,  a World War II veteran and nationally known Bassett Hospital researcher, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Cooperstown Center on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
