IN MEMORIAM:  Terri Ann Smith, 60; Husband, Four Children Survive Her COOPERSTOWN – Terri Ann Smith, 60, a mother of four well known through waitressing in local restaurants, died Tuesday at her home on Route 28 in Pierstown, surrounded by her family. Born in Ilion on May 28, 1956, Terri was the daughter of David Hribar and Betty (Bachanas) Hribar.    Her father worked at the Remington Arms plant in Ilion, but later moved his family back to the Hribar property…
