IN MEMORIAM:  Terri Ann Smith, 60; Husband, Four Children Survive Her COOPERSTOWN – Terri Ann Smith, 60, a mother of four well known through waitressing in local restaurants, died Tuesday at her home on Route 28 in Pierstown, surrounded by her family.
