Hargrove Jr., 77, the owner of TJ’s Place restaurant, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, in Sebastian, Fla  with his dear friend, Leonela by his side. Born April 23, 1941, in White Plains, Ted was a longtime resident of Cooperstown. Ted moved to Sebastian, Florida, in September 2014, where he remained until he passed away.
