Troop C Contingent Due At Fallen Officer’s Funeral Trooper Nicholas Clark Killed In Domestic Dispute SIDNEY – A contingent of troopers from Troop C headquarters here will attend Trooper Nicholas Clark’s funeral Sunday in Alfred, Trooper Aga Dembinska, spokesman for the troop that covers Otsego County, reports. Trooper Clark, 29, was killed responding a domestic dispute early Monday morning at the home of Steven Kiley, 43, principal at Bradford Central School, near Corning.  Kiley then committed suicide.…
