Veenema, M.D., 97; NYC Physician Retired Here  COOPERSTOWN – Ralph James Veenema, M.D., former chief of urologic oncology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at Covenant Village, Cromwell, Conn.  He was 97.
