Work To Begin A Week Early On Cooperstown Village Hall COOPERSTOWN – Repairs and repainting on the Main Street side of Cooperstown’s Village Hall will begin sometime this week, a week early than expected, according to Trustee Lou Allstadt, who chairs the trustees’ Building Committee.
