(Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com) Anthony Wahl, proprietor of Wahl to Wahl, the Middlefield-based used-parts dealership with national reach, brought valued staff members and their significant others to the banquet, where the company received the annual Chamber/Key Bank Small Business Award.
