IN MEMORIAM: Eugene R. Smith, 72; Vietnam Veteran, Longtime Firefighter TODDSVILLE – Eugene R. Smith, 72, of Toddsville, a Vietnam veteran and longtime member of Hartwick Fire Department Co. No. 2 in Hartwick Seminary, and passed away Sunday afternoon, Oct. 15, 2017, at home in his favorite recliner surrounded by his family.
