Zephyr Teachout, Congressional Candidate, Weds Over Weekend Zephyr Teachout, the Democratic candidate for Congress for Otsego County, married Nick Juliusburger on Saturday in a small ceremony with family and friends in Dover Plains. Rev. Megan Sanders of the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Pleasant Valley, officiated.
