A panel of six judges met Tuesday afternoon to select "Twenty Under Forty," 20 of our fellow citizens under 40 years old who are excelling in their fields.  The judges' selections appear in this week's editions.  They will be honored Thursday,  Feb. 26, at a reception at Springbrook's Oneonta facility on Route 7, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  For reservations, call 547-6103.  $12.50 per person.  This week's Freeman's Journal also reports on 15-year CCS Principal Teresa Gorman's decision to retire at the end of the school year.
