ONEONTA WATER SHORTAGE
ONEONTA – The City of Oneonta is experiencing a raw water supply shortage after a 10-inch supply line from the Lower Reservoir to the Water Treatment Plant broke. Residents are being asked to conserve water until an update is issued.
