Vying At Doubleday At This Hour

Some 700 fans are populating the Doubleday Field grandstand and bleachers in Cooperstown at this hour, watching the Wounded Warriors softball team play the Cooperstown Fire Department team, the first game of a double-header.  The second game is against Brewery Ommegang.   Yesterday, the Warriors played in Oneonta’s Damaschke Field before 3,000 fans.  (Jim Kevlin/allotsego.com)
