IN MEMORIAM: Dorman Webb, Cherry Valley

CHERRY VALLEY – Dorman Harold Webb, 76,  passed away Jan. 11, 2017.

He was born Dec. 21, 1940 in Roseboom, the son of Harold and Arlene Webb.

He worked for Key Bank holding several positions for several years.

He was in the National Guard, 1962-68.  He was a Boy Scout master, leader and adviser, and served on the Activity Committee of the BSA Otschodela Council.  He was a longtime member of the Cherry Valley Snowmobile Club, Fish & Game Club of Cherry Valley, and Nichol Vly Hunt Club. He also served on the Roseboom Cemetery Association .

Survivors include a brother Ivan Webb, sister Erma Simmons, four nieces and one nephew.

Killer Knapp Dies In Prison; Guilty In SUNY Coed’s Death ONEONTA – Ricky Knapp, the man convicted of the 1977 death of SUNY Oneonta student, has died in Mohawk Correctional Facility, according to prison records.
