Smithy Honors Sculptor Alex Bauer  

Sculptor Alex Bauer, 92 and a Cooperstown resident for six years, was honored this evening at the opening of the Smithy Pioneer Gallery's first show of the season, "On Closer Inspection" At left is his son, Dr. Mike Bauer, and to the sculptor's right is his daughter Jane.
