CV Man Charges With Possessing Marijuana, Syringe CHERRY VALLEY – Kyle L. Cromp, 24, of 33 Railroad Ave., was arrested at his home Friday with six ounces of marijuana valued at $2,000 and a hypodermic syringe, according to the county Sheriff’s Department.
