She’s Running For Congress

As widely expected, Zephyr Teachout, the Fordham University law professor now living in Dover Plains, announced this afternoon, by press release and a Facebook posting, that she is running for Congress in the 19th District that includes Otsego County, seeking to replace Chris Gibson, who is retiring.
