ONEONTA – A 22-year-old woman was arrested for possession of marijuana during the investigation of a burglary at her home.

Cassandra A. Goodspeed, 22, was arrested yesterday after an investigation into a robbery at 73 Center St. early Tuesday morning, during which police found 9.6 pounds of marijuana and a quantity of concentrated cannabis.

She was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree, a class D felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor.  She faces eight years in prison if convicted on all charges.

The investigation into the burglary is continuing.
