Public To Be Briefed On Revaluation Status
ONEONTA – Representatives from the firm that conducted last year’s citywide revaluation, Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, will discuss their findings and answer questions at a public meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at Oneonta Middle School.
Residents will be advised when they can expect to be notified of their preliminary assessment, how to interpret their notice, and how to make inquiries if they have questions after receiving their notice.
