Illinois Columnist Visits Cooperstown With Dad

Here’s what Bill Roseberry of the Edwardsville (Ill.) Intelligencer published on his blog about a visiting Cooperstown with his dad, 37 and 67 respectively, fulfilling a lifelong dream for both:

“It was such a long day, but honestly dad and I became lost in the beauty of the game we love, a beauty which has been tainted by cheating, high-dollar contracts and corporate involvement over its recent history. The wonderful thing about the HOF and Cooperstown is none of that exists there.”
