Photographer, Artist, Proud Lesbian
ONEONTA – Wendy J. Burton, 56, passed away after a short illness on May 31, 2019 at her home surrounded by loving family and friends.
Wendy was born Jan. 18, 1963, in Ilion, the daughter of Raymond and Joyce (Bouck) Burton.
Wendy identified herself as a photographer, an artist, and a proud lesbian. She loved watching birds and taking pictures. She enjoyed hanging out by the river, flying kites, and having many adventures with her family and friends. She especially loved being “Beanie” to her cherished grandchildren.
