COOPERSTOWN – Trustee MacGuire Benton has announced he plans to seek a full term on the Village Board to make sure Cooperstown "continues to be a vibrant and quaint community for all."

That means all three Village Board incumbents, Mayor Ellen Tillapaugh Kuch and Trustee Joe Membrino, plan to seek reelection in March 2020.
