PLAQUE IN HALL

Hall of Fame President Tim Mead announces a few moments ago that none of the nominees have won a place in the Baseball of Fame this year. The Baseball Writers Association of America again excluded Kurt Schilling, Barry Bond and Roger Clemens, tainted in the steroid scandals of a decade ago.  There will be an Induction this July, COVID permitting, as the 2020 Class of Derek Jeter and Larry Walker will be inducted.
