Dr. Tim Elmore, founder of Habitudes, an Atlanta-based consulting firm aimed as reducing in-school bullying by building up leadership skills, encourages Cooperstown Central School 6-12 students to take responsibility for their actions. “Leadership has less to do with having a position and more about having a disposition,” he said, to thunderous applause from the young crowd in Sterling Auditorium Thursday.    The school board brought in the Habitudes program after a culture of hazing on the football team became public in 2010.   Elmore, who has visited before, spoke to the community Thursday evening and this morning was holding workshops with teachers and school board members.
