 Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzing, in conjunction with the Common Council and the Commission on Community Relations & Human Rights, today issued a proclamation decrying the mass shooting in Orlando, Fla., on Sunday, June 12, and declaring solidarity with LGBT communities in Oneonta and Orlando.
