Graduates At Hyde Hall

Naomi Duncan, manager of Community Bank's Cooperstown branches, receives a certificate of completing the Otsego County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Otsego program from state Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford.   This year's class completed the program, which introduces them to key businesses, governmental entities and non-profits, in a ceremony Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Hyde Hall National Historic Landmark on Otsego Lake.  Behind Duncan and Seward is Hyde Hall's full-size replica of Samuel B. Morse's "The Gallery of the Louvre";  the original, acquired by George Hyde Hall, the mansion's original owner, was hung in that space.
