Claim Filed Against County In Wrubleski Death

COOPERSTOWN – The estate of MaryAnn Wrubleski of Cooperstown, who passed away suddenly last Dec. 21 at age 53, has brought a claim against Otsego County, saying the 911 dispatch center, on receiving the emergency call, dispatched an ambulance to the wrong address.  Such a claim is a preliminary action that could be resolved if the county agrees to damages.  Otherwise, a lawsuit may follow.
