Sought For Christmas 2018

ONEONTA – The Salvation Army is taking applications for bell ringers for the 2018 Red Kettle Campaign, which has a $57,000 goal.

The campaign starts on Saturday, Nov. 10. and concludes Monday, Dec. 24.

There will be a Bell Ringer Orientation Meeting at noon Monday, Nov. 5 at The Salvation Army, 25 River St., Oneonta.

“The funds raised help us to provide food, clothing and other emergency assistance to Oneonta and Otsego County,” said Maj. Sharon Harford, commanding officer of the Oneonta Salvation Army.  “We are asking that individuals, businesses and families help us in this effort.”
