IN MEMORIAM: Thomas C. Thayer, 69;

Vietnam Vet Worked At Medical Coaches

MILFORD – Thomas C. Thayer, a Vietnam veteran and Medical Coaches retiree, passed away Oct. 5, 2018.

Born in Cooperstown on Feb. 18, 1949, he was the son of the late Henry and Gertrude Thayer.

After graduating from Cooperstown Central School, he joined the Army and served in Vietnam. Tom was a retired employee of Medical Coaches.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Gail; their children, Tammy and fiance Robert, Wade and fiancee  Kristen, Kevin and his girlfriend Denise; sister, Kathy; his special grandson, Antonio “Chipmunk;” special nieces and nephew, Rylee, Emmalee and Sean; many dear relatives and friends.

His life will be celebrated at a later date.

Donations may he made to Catskill Area Hospice or the Bassett Hospital Cancer Center.
