AAA Recognizes Otesaga Hotel with Four Diamond Award for 25th Year

UTICA—Cooperstown’s Otesaga Resort Hotel has once again been awarded the AAA Four Diamond Award. According to AAA Northeast, Four Diamond designation “recognizes the hotel’s commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience through refined service, upscale accommodations and attention to detail.” The Otesaga Resort Hotel has maintained the AAA Four Diamond Award since 2000, marking 25 consecutive years of excellence in hospitality.
