COOPERSTOWN – The Chicago White Sox say owner Jerry Reinsdorf, in Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame’s 75th Induction, has been hospitalized after feeling lightheaded,  Associated Press is reporting today.

The team says all tests Friday night indicate he is fine. The 78-year-old Reinsdorf, also chairman of the NBA’s Chicago Bulls, is coherent and resting comfortably, according to the club.

In a statement released Friday night, the White Sox say Reinsdorf is communicating with his doctors and medical staff. He will stay overnight at Bassett Hospital as a precaution and was expected to be released this morning.
