Oneonta Girl Scouts Honor Cancer Victims With Garden Oneonta Girl Scout Liv Robinson, above,  places a commemorative stone in the center of the Interactive Cancer Memorial & Survivor Garden she and other members of Troop 30132 built at the OWL Nest in Fortin Park.
