At Oneonta Victory Event, Delgado Thanks Supporters Just back from his Washington D.C. initiation, Congressman-elect Antonio Delgado, D-19, thanks volunteers at a victory gathering this afternoon at his Oneonta field office on Dietz Street.  Delgado thanked all the volunteers and supporters who, he said, knocked on more than 200,000 doors on the days leading up to the Nov. 6 midterms to encourage people to get out and vote.
