Blade Found Inside Bag
Of Trick-Or-Treat Candy
Parents are being warned to carefully check left-over trick-or-treat candy after state police in Delaware County received a report this week that an X-Acto knife blade had been found inside a full-size (1.8 ounce) bag of Sour Skittles.
The report came from Maple Lane, Margaretville.
It appears that the bag of candy, bought at the Margaretville CVS, had been completely sealed prior to it being opened on Nov. 9, police said. The investigation has not been able to identify the source of the razor blade.
