Accident Victim Was Morris Man ONEONTA – Oneonta state troopers have identified Guillermo J. Soto, 50, of Morris, as the driver killed in the fatal car accident in the Town of Pittsfield on Saturday morning. According to a press release, Soto had been driving his 2000 Daewoo Lanos northbound on the roadway when he lost control, for an unknown reason, and struck a tree on the west shoulder.
