This week's Hometown Oneonta reports on ordinance Common Council will consider Tuesday on allowing chickens to be raised within city limits.  The Freeman's Journal reports on how a proposal to create a "hospital zone" for Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown is stymied after neighbors vehemently objected to the idea earlier this week.   The newspapers will be on the stands in Oneonta and Cooperstown this afternoon.
