In his daily COVID-19 update, Governor Cuomo has been including a “Deep Breath Moment” of inspiration in time of pandemic. His latest is New York City blues artist David Keyes’ “7 O’Clock Somewhere,” a tribute to front-line workers. Keyes himself is a COVID survivor.
