Driver’s B.A.C. Triple Limit, Troopers Alleged

MILFORD – State Police say they arrested a 45-year-old Oneonta man Sunday evening for aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after finding his blood-alcohol count (BAC) was .25 percent, three times over the legal limit.  The arrest occurred at 11:22 p.m.

Troopers said Ronald S. Brennan was arrested after he was observed driving a car on Eddie Martin Road, Milford, that had no license plates.  Pulling him over, they said he was driving an unregistered and uninsured Honda Civic while intoxicated.  During the arrest, police said they also found a small amount of marijuana in the car.

Brennan was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Milford court on Dec. 1.
