Richard Sternberg, the Cooperstown trustee and retired physician, who has been recruiting candidates to run for Otsego County offices in the fall, objects to a resolution supporting the Faso-Collins amendment, which would require the State of New York to pay for any Medicaid shortfalls, not counties like Otsego.
