Cindy Heager, Cooperstown, hands bags of snacks and fresh bottles of water to John Bugyi and Mike Silicato, Morris, as they paddle down the Susquehanna River en route to Bainbridge in of the 54th annual General Clinton Canoe Regatta. Today’s started at 6 a.m. – the Pro Class at 8 – off Cooperstown’s Lakefront Park.  The trophy presentations are at 5 p.m. in Bainbridge.  (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
