Hearing On Special Permit

For CVS Begins At 6 Today

COOPERSTOWN – A public hearing on a special permit required for CVS to build a 9,000-square-foot drive-thru pharmacy on the Cooperstown Motel site at Chestnut and Beaver will be convened at 6 p.m. today at 22 Main.

A special permit is required in the village for any building larger than 3,000 square feet.  The Village Board is expected to act on the special permit at the end of this evening’s hearing.

The CVS project will still be subject to site plan review by the village Planning Board and its Historical Preservation & Architectural Review Board.
