Hotel That May Serve Homeless

Troubling Richfield Neighbors

More than 100 residents are anticipated at a public hearing in Richfield Springs this week on a proposal for a hotel that, in part, would serve the county’s homeless population. The village Zoning Board of Appeals will review the application at 7 p.m. Thursday at the high school, where the hearing was moved in anticipation of of the crowd.
