Jury Finds Unadilla Man, 47, Guilty
Of Molesting Under-11 Girl 13 Times

COOPERSTOWN – A Unadilla man, 47, was found guilty today after a jury trial in Otsego County Court of molesting a girl under age 11.
William A. Holtslander was convicted of 13 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.
The jury, consisting of four men and eight women, deliberated for four hours before returning a verdict of guilty on all counts, finding Holtslander had molested the girl 13 times.
He faces up to 91 years in prison; sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 13.
District Attorney John M. Muehl prosecuted; Holtslander was represented by attorney Thomas Jackson of Binghamton. County Judge John F. Lambert presided.
There were 6 men and 6 women and on the Jury of 12. Not 4 and 8.
This is great. BUT THE BOY THAT KILLED MOM AND. SUE AND Tim. PERRY. Only get 25 years and this man is facing 91 years and no 1 died, but this kid only gets 25 year x 2. But run together,

Conviction has been reversed due to unfair trial
What they don’t report is that 12 counts were thrown out(should have been before the trial) and the last was thrown out by the appeals court.
