Missing OJC Student Found Safe

ONEONTA – Delany Ramos, the missing Oneonta Job Corps student, has been located in Rochester and is fine, OJC Director Chris Kuhn texted a few minutes ago.  Concerned for her safety, state police had issued an alert, seeking information on her whereabouts.
