Moshier Garners 4-Vote Margin

To Win Richfield Springs Mayor

RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Robin Moshier had 94 votes to incumbent Ron Frohn’s 90 as she was elected mayor of the Village of Richfield Springs Tuesday, Village Clerk Dayle Barra reports.

For trustee, Peyton Carter led balloting with 146 votes, with Kevin Putnam tallying 83 votes.  Both were elected for two fill to vacancies.  Village justice candidate Corrie Damulis received 146 votes
