NAACP Picnic Offers

More For Children

Since 1994, the NAACP has held it’s annual Community Picnic in the park where the public can come and enjoy burgers and hot dogs right off the grill, roasted corn on the cob, baked beans, desserts and more in the Neahwa Park large pavilion this afternoon. In addition to food, this year the NAACP included more for young people including ice cream donated by Stewarts, free face painting, and wooden craft projects donated from Home Depot. Above, grill master Robert Davis kept the hamburgers and hot dogs coming off the grill as patrons load up their plates.
